Job description
Job Overview
The role is responsible for developing insurance business through designated Relationship/Channel partners within a defined area or zone. The objective is to motivate these partners to encourage their customers to invest in Birla Sunlife Insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive insurance sales by engaging assigned Relationship or Channel partners.
- Persuade partners to influence their client base towards investing in Birla Sunlife Insurance.
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support and services to both Relationship partners and their clients.
- Lead and coordinate a dedicated team servicing the Relationship partner.
- Focus on not just achieving sales targets but also ensuring consistent quarterly business growth.
