Seed Health & Wellness Centre, located in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Clinical Patient Coordinator. This role involves managing and supporting patient inquiries, directing patients to appropriate practitioners or services, and converting qualified leads to help ensure a seamless healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to patient communications via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
• Engage carefully with patients to understand their concerns and conduct relevant screening.
• Use approved clinical pathways to triage and guide patients effectively.
• Advise patients on the most fitting practitioner, consultation, or service available.
• Follow up diligently with leads to promote appointment bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, lead statuses, and subsequent actions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and patient care teams to guarantee smooth patient progression through the clinic’s services.
• Leverage digital tools and AI-driven workflows to enhance communication efficiency, organization, and overall productivity.

Mandatory Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline (professional licensing is not necessary).
• Fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in English communication.
• Graduated from a university or college based in Qatar.
• Have resided in Qatar for a minimum of 10 years.
• Technologically savvy with confidence in using CRM systems, digital communication platforms, and productivity applications.
• Comfortable incorporating AI tools as part of daily operational tasks.
• Excellent listening skills paired with strong communication, empathy, and patient-oriented care.
• Proficient at handling patient calls, following up leads, and successfully converting inquiries into appointments.
• Willingness to work flexible shift hours based on clinic requirements.
• A cheerful and positive demeanor with a proactive approach and ability to take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in clinical environments, patient care, customer service, or sales is advantageous.
• Interest in functional, preventive, and integrative healthcare methodologies.
• Organized, confident, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced clinic setting.
