Position Summary
We’re offering a leadership role for a Clinical Line Manager overseeing Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) based in Navi Mumbai, India. This unique position, as the sole CRA Manager in India, allows you to establish and lead your own team while collaborating closely with the Senior Director of Clinical Monitoring to advance your career.

Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and lead a team of CRAs.
- Handle recruitment, training (initial and ongoing), and professional development of CRAs.
- Ensure CRAs meet their core monitoring duties effectively.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor and allocate CRA workloads responsibly.
- Support CRA retention and engagement aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate with various functions, including regional and local operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or a relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years in a line management role or a seasoned CRA with 4+ years of clinical monitoring experience aspiring to move into a managerial position.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational capabilities with a passion for developing people.
- Experience in a global CRO environment is desirable.
- Thorough knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to travel around 10% for onsite CRA assessments.
