Role Overview
The Clinical Assistant to the Founder is a key full-time position located onsite in Atlanta, GA. This role supports both the clinical and executive functions within the high-touch longevity practice. Primary duties involve managing daily administrative workflows: scheduling client appointments, coordinating the Founder’s calendar, and preparing patient charts and necessary documentation. The assistant will also facilitate client visits to ensure the smooth running of clinic operations and maintain effective communication between the Founder, clients, and partner organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling of client appointments and coordinate the Founder’s calendar and meetings.
- Prepare and organize patient charts and clinical documentation accurately.
- Support seamless clinic operations by assisting client visits and maintaining smooth flow.
- Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism and proper etiquette.
- Maintain and organize precise records and files related to clinical and administrative activities.
- Follow up on laboratory tests, therapy progress, and treatment plans as needed.
- Uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive health and personal information.
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong administrative and clerical skills for managing office tasks like scheduling and documentation.
- Experience supporting executive-level staff, including calendar management and meeting preparation.
- Excellent communication abilities and professional phone etiquette for client and vendor interactions.
- Previous experience in a medical or wellness setting is advantageous.
- High standards of professionalism, discretion, and reliability concerning confidential information.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems, office software, and digital communication platforms preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA.
