Clinic Receptionist - Full-Time at Rennova Aesthetic Clinic

About the Role

Rennova Aesthetic Clinic is seeking a warm, organised, and enthusiastic Clinic Receptionist to become a key member of our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an aesthetic clinic, beauty salon, or a similar customer-facing environment. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will be instrumental in delivering an inviting and professional experience while ensuring smooth daily clinic operations.

Primary Duties

• Greet clients warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate appointments and manage clinic diaries using the booking system.
• Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries professionally.
• Book appointments and process deposits and payments efficiently.
• Maintain a full appointment diary by rebooking clients as needed.
• Recommend and sell professional-grade skincare products to clients.
• Provide clients with treatment details and respond to general questions.
• Assist clinical staff to support smooth daily workflows.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, updating client records, and organising documents.
• Ensure client information is maintained accurately and confidentially.
• Manage stock levels and retail displays effectively.
• Carry out basic inventory checks and assist with supplier-related paperwork.
• Keep the reception area tidy, well-organised, and welcoming.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Essential:

• Previous receptionist experience in an aesthetic clinic, beauty salon, medical, or dental practice.
• Excellent communication and customer service aptitude.
• Professional, approachable, and well-groomed appearance.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to multitask efficiently.
• Comfortable and confident with computers and booking software.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.

Desirable:

• Experience in retail sales.
• Familiarity with skincare products or aesthetic treatments.
