About the Role

Eternell Clinic in Jumeirah 1, Dubai is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead all operational aspects of the clinic. This full-time position requires immediate joining and responsibility for daily clinic management, operational efficiency, sales growth, service quality, staff supervision, and administration compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee seamless day-to-day clinic operations ensuring all departments and service areas function efficiently.
  • Coordinate effectively between medical staff, reception, sales, administration, and management teams.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, treatment workflows, client movement, and resource utilization to maximize clinic effectiveness.
  • Take full ownership of meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by developing and implementing sales strategies for consultations, treatments, packages, memberships, and wellness services.
  • Lead sales and reception teams to improve lead conversion rates, client retention, and revenue performance.
  • Deliver a premium and personalized client experience, address complaints, and maintain client records with confidentiality.
  • Supervise staff performance, scheduling, discipline, and training to maintain high productivity and service standards.
  • Handle procurement and inventory control of medical, aesthetic, office supplies; ensure timely ordering and cost-effective supplier negotiations.
  • Manage facility upkeep, equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and safety to maintain a professional clinic environment.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical service quality, adherence to protocols, and operational audits.
  • Plan and execute strategic initiatives to increase clinic footfall, revenue, and client lifetime value.
  • Control financial operations including collections, discounts, expenses, and financial reporting in coordination with finance.
  • Prepare and submit timely, accurate reports covering revenue, performance, inventory, staff productivity, client feedback, and maintenance.

Candidate Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of clinic management or related healthcare operational experience, preferably within Dubai or UAE.
  • Proven skills in sales, revenue generation, team leadership, procurement, and client management.
  • Thorough understanding of clinic workflows, appointment systems, inventory management, and service quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving capabilities with strong commercial focus to meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English communication; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and clinic management software including CRM and reporting tools.
  • Flexibility to work according to clinic schedules including weekends and public holidays.
  • Available for immediate joining.
