Role Overview

We are seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the Fraser Street Tauranga clinic, guiding a passionate team to deliver superior client outcomes and foster a top-tier hearing care experience. This managerial role includes providing audiology services encompassing hearing assessments, fittings, teleaudiology, and clinical treatments within scope, along with overseeing daily clinic operations, team management, performance coaching, and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat auditory and vestibular impairments with expert clinical care.
• Fit, test, and manage hearing aids including performing otoscopic examinations and ear canal impressions.
• Offer audiological treatments for tinnitus such as tinnitus retraining therapy, counseling, and education.
• Direct operational activities ensuring effective clinic performance.
• Collaborate actively with Area and Region Managers to meet clinic objectives.
• Cultivate strong client relationships with clear communication on hearing results and ongoing management.
• Promote Triton Hearing’s culture, performance standards, and messaging within the team.

• Experienced MNZAS-registered clinician ready to step into a leadership role.
