Role Overview

This position offers more than a conventional clinical role. It provides the chance to establish and lead a clinic within a growing national network focused on accessible MSK care. Open to physiotherapists, sports and exercise medicine specialists, and other MSK professionals, this role combines hands-on patient care with innovation, leadership, and tangible community impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously under our validated Joint Venture framework
• Preserve clinical independence while implementing our evidence-based care model
• Utilize industry-leading technology such as on-site MRI and digital platforms
• Develop a progressive MSK service to provide outstanding health outcomes locally
• Lead the transformation of MSK careers by combining clinical expertise with entrepreneurial management

Candidate Profile

• Clinicians with 7 to 8 or more years of professional practice
• Individuals motivated to build or expand their own practice in influential UK regions
• Registered physiotherapists, sports and exercise medicine clinicians, or other MSK healthcare experts
• Those currently without their own clinic or aiming to grow beyond a smaller setup
• Enthusiasts of technology-enabled care, including MRI access and modern diagnostics
