Clinic Coordinator - Ballymena Clinic

Hidden Hearing is hiring a Clinic Coordinator for its Ballymena Clinic. This position is suited to someone who wants to grow a professional career while playing an important part in a team that helps patients improve their hearing every day. The role combines patient-facing service, call handling, telemarketing activity, and support for clinic performance.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting patients and helping maintain a busy clinic diary for the Ballymena area.

• Deliver professional, high-quality care to patients and callers across inbound and outbound calls for the Ballymena area.
• Handle inbound and outbound telemarketing leads and calls, with the goal of meeting weekly, quarterly, and yearly targets while keeping diaries fully booked.
• Work toward a daily expectation of 80+ calls.
• Act as a strong representative of Hidden Hearing by consistently reflecting the company’s values and service standards.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience as part of a team with nearly 40 years of hearing care expertise.

Working pattern

• This is a permanent, full-time role.
• The schedule is a day shift of 8 hours, Monday to Friday.
• No weekend or Bank Holiday working is required.
• The role is based in person at the clinic.

Pay and incentives

The role offers basic pay plus commission, with on-target earnings of approximately £30,000 per year. The advertised OTE range is £25,000 to £30,000 annually.
