Role overview
This full-time junior opportunity is for a client-facing support and coordination professional who can help manage accounts, keep communication flowing, and ensure clients receive reliable service. The position is based onsite in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.
In this role, you will act as an important contact for clients, partner with internal teams, and help resolve requests efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer experience. It suits someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and balancing several priorities at once.
Key responsibilities
- Support the handling of client accounts and help maintain strong, positive relationships.
- Reply to client questions and requests promptly through email, phone, and other communication platforms.
- Work with internal departments to make sure client needs and projects are completed smoothly and on time.
- Track account activity and follow up on pending tasks or client issues that need attention.
- Draft reports, presentations, and other account-related documents when needed.
- Keep client information accurate and up to date in the company’s systems.
- Assist with onboarding new clients so they have a seamless start and a good overall experience.
- Look for ways to improve client satisfaction and strengthen service quality.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related area is preferred.
- Clear verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as online collaboration platforms.
- Careful attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others.
- Previous exposure to customer service, account handling, or office administration can help, but it is not mandatory.
