Role Overview
The Client Success Specialist position is a full-time, on-site role based in Virginia Beach, VA. This role manages client engagement throughout the treatment process by clarifying available services, scheduling, and subsequent steps to ensure clients receive optimal support and have a positive experience. Typical duties include handling client inquiries, coordinating closely with clinical and administrative teams, and accurately recording client information and interactions. The specialist monitors client satisfaction levels, handles concerns proactively, and escalates complex cases to foster constructive results. Collaboration with internal departments to refine service delivery, support client retention, and uphold the organization's behavioral health care standards is integral to this role.

- Proven ability to enhance customer satisfaction by nurturing relationships, conducting follow-ups, and resolving issues proactively.
- Strong communication capabilities, both oral and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and diverse teams.
- Analytical aptitude to assess client feedback, detect patterns, and assist in ongoing improvement efforts.
- Experience in behavioral health, social services, or healthcare environments preferred.
- Familiarity with client management software or electronic health record systems and competent with basic computer applications such as MS Office.
- Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degrees in related fields such as psychology, social work, or healthcare administration are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
