Through ESG+ assessment, Butterfly Mark certification, and advisory support, the company helps organisations raise standards for people, nature, and business while building credibility through evidence-based claims.
Role Overview
This position is for a highly organised and proactive team member to support the Client Success function across the client sustainability journey. The role involves working closely with the team on client onboarding, engagement, ESG+ assessments, and helping brands convert sustainability work into measurable outcomes and trustworthy communications.
The role blends account coordination, client support, and sustainability advisory in a busy, client-facing setting. You will also collaborate with the Growth and Marketing teams to help increase awareness of Positive Luxury’s services and support the acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the ESG+ assessment process and provide day-to-day support before and after certification.
- Offer input on sustainability performance, including opportunities and risks.
- Support clients in working toward Butterfly Mark certification.
- Manage post-certification client relationships by helping deliver agreed consultancy work within contracted hours, with support from the sustainability technician, marketing team, and Senior Client Success Manager.
- Coordinate onboarding, information gathering, and assessment progress.
- Assist with evidence checking and verification activities.
- Keep timelines, deliverables, and internal systems accurate and current.
- Help deliver client engagement initiatives, including planning and hosting two webinars per year for the Community Programme.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with brands, suppliers, and partners.
- Represent Positive Luxury in a professional, proactive manner.
- Work with Marketing to collect content and support client storytelling.
- Encourage clients to communicate sustainability progress in a credible way.
- Identify and share strong examples of best practice across the client community.
- Spot opportunities for additional consultancy work and broader client engagement.
- Support the handling of incoming enquiries and coordinate leads.
- Assist with discovery calls, proposals, and onboarding for new clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking in HubSpot.
Candidate Profile
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident in written and verbal communication.
- Able to juggle several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Commercially aware with a client-first approach.
- Interested in sustainability and the luxury sector.
- Degree level education or equivalent.
- One year of work experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in luxury client services, account management, or sustainability is an advantage.
- Knowledge of French or Italian would be beneficial.
