Job description

Company Overview

Ailoo is a transport-tech platform built around a driver-first and rider-friendly model. It offers taxi services with 0% commission and flexible daily commute subscriptions, with a focus on improving driver earnings, keeping passenger pricing clear and predictable, and using technology to make operations safer and more reliable. The work environment is fast-moving and gives team members a chance to influence the future of urban mobility while supporting a professional driver community.

Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh for a Driver Onboarding Officer. The role is centered on taking new drivers through the complete onboarding journey, from collecting and checking documents to entering them into the system. The position also includes in-person onboarding sessions, explaining how the platform works, walking drivers through policies and earnings structure, and making sure they understand safety, compliance, and service expectations.

Key Duties

  • Guide new drivers through each stage of the onboarding workflow.
  • Collect, review, and verify all required documents.
  • Register driver details in the system accurately.
  • Run face-to-face onboarding sessions for newly joining drivers.
  • Explain Ailoo’s platform, operating rules, and earning model in a clear way.
  • Ensure drivers understand safety guidelines, compliance requirements, and service standards.
  • Work with internal teams to address and resolve onboarding-related issues.
  • Keep records of driver information complete and up to date.
  • Monitor the progress of driver applications and follow up as needed.
  • Support newly onboarded drivers after registration by answering questions and collecting feedback to improve the process.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have strong communication and customer service abilities, with the confidence to explain procedures and policies to drivers from varied backgrounds. Prior experience in onboarding, field coordination, operations, or transportation/logistics or mobility-related work is preferred. The job also calls for good attention to detail, accurate data entry, confidentiality, and comfort working with a high volume of driver interactions on site in Riyadh.

Education and Language Requirements

A high school diploma is required. A diploma or degree in business, logistics, or a related subject is considered an added advantage. English fluency is necessary, and Arabic language skills are highly valuable for engaging with local drivers.

Additional Advantage

Knowledge of trucks or vehicle operations, such as truck driving or CDL Class A experience, is beneficial because it can help in understanding the practical needs of drivers and the norms of the industry.

Working Arrangements

This role must be performed on-site in Riyadh. The officer is expected to handle driver interactions in person and manage sensitive data with discretion.
