Role Overview
As a Client Success Director, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts, cultivating trust-based partnerships and driving continuous client growth. You will play an integral role in analyzing campaign data, optimizing performance, and tailoring strategies uniquely suited to each client’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client relationships end-to-end, delivering clear and proactive communication regarding campaign status and future plans.
- Conduct detailed analysis of campaign data to identify success factors and areas for improvement, translating findings into strategic recommendations during performance reviews.
- Manage daily campaign monitoring and optimization to ensure ongoing performance enhancement and informed client discussions.
- Develop customized marketing strategies per client instead of using generic playbooks, adjusting for individual business objectives.
- Detect and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts, including introducing additional NeonPixel services when beneficial.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and fulfilled promises post-sale.
- Stay updated on trends in performance marketing and CTV, proactively suggesting innovative ideas to clients ahead of their requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years in performance marketing, with experience in ecommerce or retail brand management or agency roles.
- Proven direct management of $3M–$5M+ digital marketing budgets with full accountability for business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of key marketing metrics including CPA, ROAS, CVR, and incremental conversions; experience with programmatic and television advertising is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior budget-holding client stakeholders and forge genuine partnerships.
- Proficient in DSP platforms and project management tools, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Adaptable and self-driven with a readiness to operate in a dynamic, evolving environment that challenges conventional norms.
- Fluent in implementing AI strategies within marketing contexts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 annually.
