Overview
Emotion Films, operating under the India Mart process, seeks a Client Servicing Executive to be based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. This role focuses on fostering and managing client relationships by understanding client needs and coordinating internal teams to ensure projects are delivered promptly and satisfactorily.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for assigned clients, addressing their requirements and queries.
- Work closely with internal departments for effective and timely project completion.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to promote satisfaction.
- Handle client communications, including follow-ups and issue resolution, with professionalism.
- Maintain thorough and precise client records and generate relevant reports.
- Adhere to set service quality standards and strive to meet designated targets.
- Dedicate approximately 30% of time to client calling activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed 10th, 12th, and Graduation, each with at least 60% marks.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and general computer use.
- Excellent interpersonal skills paired with problem-solving aptitude.
- Must possess a laptop for work purposes.
