About the Role

We are looking for a permanent, full-time Client Services Officer to join our Accounting and Business Advisory team based in either Coffs Harbour or Grafton. This position serves as the welcoming face of our office, managing front desk operations and maintaining a varied portfolio of client service duties that ensure smooth daily office functions. The position suits a professional with enthusiasm and excellent service skills who enjoys being central to client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary reception contact in the Coffs Harbour or Grafton office, greeting clients and visitors, answering phone calls, and managing front desk tasks to create excellent first impressions.
  • Perform diverse administrative activities such as scheduling client meetings and preparing financial documents.
  • Oversee invoicing procedures and manage Work in Progress (WIP).
  • Liaise effectively with advisors, partners, and staff to facilitate client requests and service delivery.
  • Ensure regional client tasks comply with both internal policies and external standards.
  • Offer general support to the team including file organization and database upkeep.
  • Assist with front-of-house duties including printing, filing, and scanning documents.
  • Maintain a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork and achieve collective targets.
