Required Qualifications and Eligibility
- Minimum of two years' professional experience, preferably in client-facing roles such as client service associate, customer support, client relationship management, or customer success.
- Must hold an EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa and be located in Dublin or willing to relocate; in-office attendance Monday to Friday is mandatory.
- Strong ambition, eagerness to learn, and excellent communication abilities.
Compensation
First-year total remuneration is projected at €47,000, increasing to €75,000 in the second year and €100,000 by year three, incorporating base salary, bonuses, and commissions.
