Role Overview and Duties

As a Client Relationship Executive at Dhyan Chess Academy, your core responsibilities include engaging with clients through WhatsApp and phone to address inquiries, thoroughly explaining the academy's chess training programs, and assisting potential clients with the enrollment process. You are expected to proactively follow up with both new prospects and existing leads to increase enrollment success, maintain meticulous records within the customer relationship management system, and consistently meet monthly enrollment objectives through effective client communication.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants should possess a diploma in any specialization or be graduates; both freshers and those with experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in written English and good conversational English skills are necessary.
• Effective communication capabilities coupled with persuasive abilities are important for this role.
