Overview
Join Creation Business Consultants as a Client Relationship Executive based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role primarily involves overseeing company incorporation, updates in documentation, managing labor and immigration applications, preparing client proposals and banking requirements, and ensuring legal compliance aligned with the Operations Department's objectives. The executive will act as the main interface between clients and the organization, fostering excellent service and smooth communication.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with government entities such as the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Police, Economic Department, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, Civil Court, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Embassies, and Free Zone Authorities to gather accurate and timely operational information.
- Deliver superior customer service and maintain effective communication both internally and externally.
- Handle client documentation from the operations team, facilitate translations, attestations from ministries, and meticulously organize the documents both digitally and physically.
- Maintain and update client files, receipts, and official documents, and share updates daily with the Operations Team using the task management system.
- Set up client accounts and manage applications through electronic portals, distribute tasks to Government Relations Officers (GROs) for timely completion online and offline.
- Address and resolve office facility issues promptly to ensure efficient working conditions.
- Manage incoming calls professionally, directing them appropriately to relevant personnel or departments.
- Organize office and client contact information and maintain thorough filing systems.
- Coordinate scheduling for office and online meetings via calendar invitations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working within corporate or professional services in Saudi Arabia.
- At least 2 years demonstrating operational management, project management, and customer support expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software like Zoho.
- Basic skills in project management and coordination are advantageous.
