Job description
About the Role
As the Client Relations Manager for Singapore and Malaysia, you will shape memorable VIC experiences that strengthen loyalty and support commercial growth. The role spans High Jewelry and High Watch activations, as well as tailored moments that reflect the brand’s luxury standards and attention to detail.
Mission
Working from Singapore, you will own the client relations strategy for both markets end to end. This includes planning client activations, managing nominations, turning client data into useful insights, and overseeing event execution. You will collaborate closely with retail, events, and regional leaders to ensure every client interaction reinforces the Maison’s global luxury positioning.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead VIC client strategy and activation across the Singapore and Malaysia markets, managing the bi-market event calendar and coordinating with vendors when needed. Your work will cover festive programs, product launches, and High Jewelry / High Watch occasions, along with in-store, virtual, and event-based experiences built around brand storytelling.
You will drive VIC acquisition and retention by helping teams build relationships with high-potential prospects and deepen engagement with existing clients through structured client mapping and personalized journeys. You will also manage VIC gifting strategically, treating it as part of the client journey and tracking its commercial return over time.
You will oversee High Jewelry and High Watch nominations, including client invitations and access to exclusive events and limited-edition pieces based on spend, future potential, and readiness in the client journey. In addition, you will maintain detailed VIC client profiles by combining spend information, qualitative observations, and engagement history into practical intelligence for selling teams.
You will ensure VIC data stays current and is actively used by all client-facing teams to support more personalized and relevant engagement. On event days, you will take ownership of hospitality logistics, act as the brand’s lead ambassador, guide teams on the ground, and ensure a polished experience from arrival to departure. You will also train regional hosts and client-facing teams ahead of activations.
You will partner with retail leaders and other stakeholders to keep the Projects experience elevated, emotionally engaging, and aligned with the broader clienteling strategy. Every store visit should be converted into a meaningful relationship-building opportunity. Finally, you will manage the client actions budget, including VIC gifting, track spending carefully, report on ROI, analyze activation results, and turn data into continuous improvements for future programs.
As part of the role, you will lead and develop the Client Relations teams in Singapore and Malaysia, supporting each direct report through mentorship, feedback, and advocacy for internal growth. The expectation is to create an environment where strong talent can perform at a high level and progress in their careers.
Profile
The ideal candidate brings experience in client relations, private client management, or luxury activations, preferably in fine jewelry. You should understand the HNWI landscape in Southeast Asia, be highly organized, and be comfortable managing several activations and stakeholders at once.
This role also calls for a warm and polished host who stays composed under pressure and understands luxury hospitality. Strong analytical ability is important, especially the capacity to translate client data into action. Familiarity with the Singapore and Malaysia markets is essential, and fluency in English is required. Additional languages would be an advantage.
What the Role Offers
This position places you at the center of a globally recognized luxury Maison. It offers cross-functional exposure across markets, functions, and the wider LVMH environment, along with a culture rooted in care, creativity, and thoughtful collaboration. It also provides meaningful scope to grow your career within Tiffany and the broader LVMH group.
Selection Process
HR will reach out to selected candidates to discuss Tiffany’s values and culture. Shortlisted applicants will then meet the Managing Director and the regional leadership team.
