This role supports multi-day travel organizers by facilitating the migration of critical data, delivering personalized training sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition to our software services.
Joining our Activation & Implementation team means collaborating with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams globally to provide comprehensive client support throughout their journey. This position includes occasional business travel (1-2 times per quarter) for on-site onboarding projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and other teams to prepare clients for successful platform adoption.
- Identify potential challenges early and proactively resolve issues to prevent complications.
- Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, ensuring no task is overlooked.
- Personally lead onboarding projects from start to finish, delivering added value beyond initial expectations.
- Build client trips, migrate participant data, and conduct customized training sessions to establish client confidence in using the platform.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong passion for educating clients and colleagues, with a focus on improving performance and driving commercial success.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with independent work.
- Experience or comfort in customer-facing roles with attention to detail.
- Excellent project management skills to juggle multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to conduct onsite client visits as part of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in travel technology or small-to-medium business SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, and Loom.
- Background in Training, Onboarding, Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles.
- Experience creating and executing best practices and streamlined processes.
Who May Not Be Suited
- Individuals who prefer purely reactive roles without customer interaction.
- Those uncomfortable with repetitive tasks that require sustained focus.
- Applicants who find working independently across multiple time zones challenging.
Working Environment & Benefits
- Work onsite in Sydney, with access to WeWork facilities on George Street, and flexibility for one remote workday weekly.
- Generous unlimited paid time off policy to recharge and maintain work-life balance.
- Annual opportunity to visit WeTravel’s Amsterdam headquarters for 2-4 weeks, including accommodation in company apartments.
- Work From Anywhere benefit granting up to four weeks per year working from an approved location.
- Comprehensive paid family leave and three paid volunteer days per year.
- Two-week cross-functional onboarding program to integrate smoothly into the team.
- Provision of state-of-the-art equipment and partial coverage for home office setup.
- Join a globally minded, travel-enthusiast team passionate about innovation and adventure.
