Job Role
The Client Success Manager will oversee employer accounts across the Asia-Pacific region, managing relationships with Fortune 500 companies from onboarding through renewals. This role requires collaboration with senior HR and business leaders, acting as a product expert and strategic consultant to enhance platform adoption and client growth. Positioned in Singapore, this fully remote role reports to the Vice President of Client Success and demands in-timezone work for effective client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients as the primary Modern Health representative for key customers.
- Develop and nurture relationships with global stakeholders, including benefits managers, HR executives, and consultants.
- Support sales efforts by representing the customer success function and promoting partnership benefits.
- Lead regular strategic global account meetings and collaborate closely with US counterparts to ensure regional consistency.
- Co-design and implement tailored program strategies aligned with client benefit offerings.
- Promote and drive engagement with mental wellness programs to create client advocates and case studies.
- Serve as the go-to contact for product updates and urgent client issues within the local market.
- Account for cultural differences in managing global client relationships.
- Provide local implementation assistance alongside US-based teams.
- Deliver customized Benefit Overview training sessions and lead quarterly and annual business reviews including reporting.
- Utilize tools such as Looker, Gainsight, and Salesforce to analyze client health, identify risks, and guide decisions.
- Drive measurable outcomes in engagement, wellness impact, retention, renewals, and product uptake through data-informed strategies.
- Collaborate across product, operations, sales, and clinical teams to ensure client success and platform adoption.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum eight years’ experience managing large-scale client relationships or HR-focused sales in B2B tech; knowledge of employer benefits and healthcare preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing 30+ customer accounts with senior leadership involvement.
- Fluent in English; additional APAC region languages are a bonus.
- Strong track record in retention, renewal, and expansion with excellent negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficient at strategic account planning, risk identification, issue resolution, and high-impact presentations.
- Expertise in customer data analytics with hands-on experience using Salesforce, Gainsight, and Looker.
- Adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented, coachable, and able to operate independently in dynamic environments.
