Job Overview
The Client Engagement Coordinator will act as the day-to-day liaison between the agency and its clients, keeping communication clear, projects on track, and client satisfaction high. This position suits someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in an advertising agency or a closely related environment who enjoys client service, project coordination, and finding creative solutions.
Qualifications
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in an advertising agency or a similar field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with solid people skills for effective client interaction.
- Comfort handling several projects at once while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Good judgment in solving problems and managing time efficiently.
- Working knowledge of project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, and Monday.com.
- Applicants must already have prior work experience; recent graduates are not a fit for this role.
- Positive attitude and ability to contribute well in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for clients and make sure their requirements and expectations are addressed.
- Oversee client projects from initiation through completion, keeping delivery on schedule and aligned with client needs.
- Work closely with creative, media, and account teams to plan and execute client campaigns.
- Create client-facing presentations and status reports that clearly explain progress, outcomes, and next steps.
- Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Support client onboarding by gathering key information and preparing project briefs.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables so milestones are achieved on time.
- Handle client questions, concerns, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
Work Arrangement
This is an on-site role in Santa Monica, CA. The team works from the office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
