Role Summary
This position is for a Client Advisor within Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle Operations, focused on delivering exceptional service in a luxury fashion retail environment in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service that consistently reflects the company’s service standards and helps create a memorable shopping experience.
- Respond to customer queries and concerns quickly and professionally, escalating to the Store Manager when required.
- Work toward assigned sales goals and look for practical ways to outperform targets while keeping the customer experience central.
- Use strong product knowledge to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including cleanliness, tidiness, and stock replenishment support.
- Follow store security procedures and compliance requirements to help reduce stock loss exposure.
- Apply advanced selling techniques to better understand customer needs, drive higher-value transactions, and encourage repeat purchases.
- Suggest suitable alternatives and help customers find products across other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands and stores when an item is unavailable in-store.
Requirements
- High school certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of industry experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service ability.
