Role Overview
This fully remote contract position focuses on acquiring clients within the Irish market, specifically targeting Systems Integrators, AI consultancies, vCIOs/fractional CIOs, vCISOs/fractional CISOs, VARs, MSPs, and MSSPs. Tasks include identifying and qualifying potential partners, engaging through emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings, and articulating EphemAI™ solutions with clarity and consultative insight. The role demands active pipeline management, facilitating discovery and technical discussions with internal experts, and assisting partners in understanding practical applications, benefits, and deployment approaches.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and validate potential partner organizations in the Irish technology landscape.
- Conduct outreach using multiple communication channels such as email, phone, and online meetings.
- Deliver compelling presentations of EphemAI™ solutions highlighting use cases and value propositions.
- Manage and update a sales pipeline, coordinating technical conversations aligned with client needs.
- Gather and relay market intelligence and client feedback to inform product development and leadership strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to enhance messaging and go-to-market effectiveness for the Irish technology and security sectors.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record in B2B client acquisition or business development within segments such as Systems Integrators, AI consultancies, VARs, MSPs, or MSSPs.
- Strong foundation in technology, AI, cybersecurity, or IT services, with understanding of AI agent workflows, automation, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of simplifying complex technical concepts into business-relevant language.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to operate effectively and autonomously in remote environments managing structured sales pipelines.
- Knowledge of the Irish IT and services ecosystem, regulatory environment, and partnership frameworks.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital collaboration tools for interaction documentation and stakeholder coordination.
- High ethical standards including commitment to responsible AI use, data privacy, and fair business conduct.
- Educational background or equivalent professional experience in business, technology, cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
