Overview

Northern News Services is sharing two Government of Nunavut vacancies based in Iqaluit, Nunavut. Both roles are full-time, on-site opportunities and come with separate salary bands. Hiring priority is given to Nunavut Inuit.

1) Department of Health — Clerk Interpreter

This opening is limited to Nunavut Inuit who live in Iqaluit. The salary range for the position is $67,386 to $76,488. Candidates should note that a criminal record check may be required for some positions, and having a criminal record does not automatically rule an applicant out.

2) Department of Education — Program Evaluation and Monitoring Coordinator

This opening is limited to residents of Iqaluit. The salary range for the position is $97,372 to $110,510. As with other listed roles, an acceptable criminal record check may be needed for certain positions, and a criminal record will not necessarily prevent further consideration.

Allowances and additional notes
