Position Overview
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company seeks a Cleanliness Expert to maintain outstanding housekeeping standards at its property in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This role goes beyond just cleaning rooms; it aims to craft memorable and distinctive guest experiences through meticulous upkeep of the entire hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel spaces according to company standards.
- Respond effectively to guest requests related to housekeeping.
- Maintain and stock cleaning carts with necessary supplies.
- Support a safe workplace by adhering to policies and procedures while upholding confidentiality and quality benchmarks.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and handling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a dynamic hotel environment.
- Commitment to professional appearance, communication, and uniform standards.
- Responsible for following all company guidelines regarding safety and confidentiality.
