About the Role

Cleantegrity is looking for a dependable cleaning professional to support residential homes and commercial spaces in Roswell, GA and nearby communities. The team is not simply seeking someone to complete basic cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will be committed to doing the work carefully, arriving on time, following through on commitments, and helping deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.

Compensation and Growth

Pay starts at $18 per hour during a 90-day probationary period. Team members who complete probation successfully may be considered for a raise to $20 per hour, along with performance-based bonuses. Customer tips are passed through entirely to the cleaner, and additional bonuses may be awarded when clients mention a cleaner by name in positive reviews.
