Overview

Bridgepoint Maintenance is seeking dependable cleaners to contribute to residential cleaning services throughout Ontario. These services include prepping properties after tenants move out, post-maintenance cleaning, turnover cleaning, and occasional housekeeping for occupied homes. The role requires independence and meticulous attention to detail to ensure properties are left in excellent condition for their next residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential rental properties after tenant move-out.
• Conduct turnover cleaning in vacant units to prepare them for new occupants.
• Undertake deep cleaning following maintenance, repair, or renovation work.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, hallways, and common areas thoroughly.
• Detail cleaning including inside appliances, cabinets, closets, baseboards, and windowsills.
• Carry out dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and debris removal with care.
• Complete a final walkthrough to ensure quality standards are met before finishing assignments.
• Document completed work with photographs when required.
• Identify and report damage, maintenance concerns, or cleaning-related issues needing attention.
• Update job status and details through a mobile work application.
• Travel independently between scheduled residential locations.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum two years of paid professional experience in residential cleaning.
• Ability to perform tasks independently with reliability and pride in consistent quality.
• Experience with move-out, turnover, deep cleaning, and housekeeping services.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize and communicate issues promptly.
• Professional communication abilities when interacting with clients and team members.
• Owns a dependable vehicle for traveling between assignments.
• Equipped with personal cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Possesses a smartphone capable of using GPS, mobile applications, taking photos, and submitting updates.
• Basic proficiency in English for communication purposes.
• Exhibits dependable attendance and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

• Background in residential turnover cleaning and preparation for new occupants.
• Post-maintenance or post-renovation cleaning experience.
• Familiarity with cleaning apartments and condominium units.
• Exposure to move-in and move-out cleaning in high-volume residential environments.
