Role Overview

This position involves various cleaning assignments including move-in and move-out cleans, vacant property turnover tasks, and ongoing housekeeping in occupied residences. Cleaners will travel directly to properties and conduct thorough cleaning independently to meet company standards.

Key Duties

• Perform comprehensive move-in and move-out cleaning for residential rental units
• Conduct meticulous turnover cleans for vacant apartments and homes
• Provide routine housekeeping services in occupied dwellings as needed
• Clean all major areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and surfaces
• Carry out detailed cleaning such as baseboards, interior cabinets, and appliance interiors
• Utilize a mobile application to receive tasks, follow instructions, navigate using GPS, upload photos, and update job progress
• Review and inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company quality standards
• Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or problematic cleaning areas
• Travel between assignments using personal vehicle with cleaning supplies

Mandatory Qualifications

• At least two years of compensated professional cleaning experience
• Capable of handling both move-in/move-out cleans and regular housekeeping duties
• Own a dependable vehicle for traveling to assignments and carrying required supplies
• Possess own cleaning products and equipment for residential cleaning tasks
• Have a smartphone that supports work-related apps, GPS navigation, photo uploads, and instruction reading
• Comfortable with cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinetry, appliances, and detailed areas
• Ability to work autonomously and adhere to cleaning guidelines
• Basic proficiency in English for communication
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow GPS-verified arrival times
