Role and Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean all pub areas including customer spaces, toilets, bar, kitchen, staff areas, and outdoor zones to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties following established procedures
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to guidelines
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and inform management when restocking is necessary
- Report any maintenance or pest control issues promptly to the manager on duty
- Engage courteously with customers by offering greetings and farewells
- Participate in induction, role-specific, and refresher training to contribute to ongoing improvements
Working Hours
Flexible shifts offering mornings through evenings including weekends and late finishes. Typical work hours are 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, seven days a week, totaling approximately 10 hours per week.
