Position Summary

Join Homestead Land Holdings Limited as a Cleaner based in London, Ontario, playing a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal of residential and communal areas. This role involves comprehensive cleaning tasks across various spaces such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenities, alongside ensuring garbage and recycling areas remain tidy. Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Maintain cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry facilities, and fitness rooms.
• Clean tenant units upon vacancy, covering areas such as bathrooms and kitchens (including appliances like ovens and refrigerators).
• Assist with winter snow removal duties.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned to support the maintenance team.

Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience in professional cleaning is preferred.
• Physical capability to lift items up to 20 kilograms, including trash bags and cleaning tools.
• Strong reliability, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to safe work practices.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Compensation and Work Details

This is a full-time position involving 40 hours per week, including weekend shifts every alternate week. The compensation range, encompassing salary and shift premiums, is between $41,500 and $47,000 annually.
