Job Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of common areas, guest rooms, vacant and recently renovated suites.
• Carry out cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, steam cleaning carpets and area rugs.
• Disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom appliances and fixtures.
• Clean walls, windows, window treatments, and ceilings thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness of cupboards and cabinets.
• Keep trash and debris cleared to uphold a tidy environment.
• Clear snow from walkways and common areas where necessary.
• Conduct carpet cleaning using industrial cleaners or chemical treatments when required.
• Participate in an on-call rotation if assigned.
• Execute other duties related to building upkeep as delegated.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Self-driven individual capable of working autonomously and proud of their workmanship.
• Experience working in heavily soiled or challenging cleaning environments.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Physical ability to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds and operate industrial cleaning equipment, including navigating stairs with supplies.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license along with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to submit a criminal background check free of relevant convictions.
• Availability to work overtime or participate in on-call shifts as necessary.
