Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable Cleaners to join our team at one of our school locations. This role suits individuals who flourish in dynamic environments, demonstrate keen eye for detail, and are committed to maintaining clean, safe, and inviting spaces for our clients and visitors.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Part-time position
- Working days: Monday through Friday
- Shift hours: 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM
- Remuneration aligns with relevant award standards
Key Duties
- Conduct general cleaning tasks to a high standard
- Spot clean furniture as needed
- Sweep and mop floors
- Maintain cleanliness of toilets
- Collect rubbish efficiently
- Clean internal and external glass surfaces
- Dust all hard surfaces thoroughly
Candidate Profile
- Preferably has experience in commercial cleaning environments
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
- Possesses a valid Working with Children Check
- Capable of working independently and following guidelines
- Attentive to detail in all tasks
- Provides excellent customer service
- Reliable and punctual
- Knowledgeable about workplace health and safety standards
- Available to work flexible hours and holidays as necessary
- Experience with floor care equipment like scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is advantageous
