Job Summary

This position involves thorough cleaning tasks within an industrial or commercial facility, working on-site. The role requires no formal educational qualifications, though previous experience is considered a plus.

Languages & Education

• Proficiency in English is required.
• No degree, certificate, or diploma necessary.

Work Environment & Location

• Must perform duties physically at the provided location; remote work is not an option.
• Employment is in a cleaning service company primarily servicing industrial establishments.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
• Vacuuming carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstery.
• Distributing clean towels and toiletries.
• Cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Sanitizing operating rooms and other sensitive areas.
• Removing debris and emptying trash containers.
• Washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Cleaning changing rooms and showers.

Additional Information

• Bondable for security purposes.
• Capable of handling weights up to 23 kilograms (50 pounds).
• Personal equipment includes steel-toed safety boots.
• Strong qualities desired: client focus, dependability, excellent verbal communication, organizational skills, reliability, team cooperation, and patience.
