Position Overview

Join the team at Rockyview Place as a Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a healthy and welcoming environment for tenants. Your attention to cleanliness and detail will have a positive impact on the community and contribute to tenant wellness.

Key Duties

• Keep entrances and hallways clean and tidy.
• Perform comprehensive monthly cleaning including appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting fixtures, bathrooms, and cupboards.
• Attend pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning cost estimates.
• Support exterior maintenance of the building.
• Carry out additional assigned tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with a variety of cleaning products and their proper use.
• Basic proficiency with computer operations.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness and ability to travel between different sites as required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $19.20 to $24.00, based on your skills, education, and experience.
