Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of residential and commercial properties, ensuring top hygiene and sanitation levels.
• Tasks include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning ceiling vents, and restrooms.
• Execute specialized cleaning duties such as window washing and carpet cleaning.
• Thoroughly inspect areas before and after cleaning and document condition status.
• Report any deficiencies or repair needs to management promptly.
• Manage stock levels and upkeep of specific facility zones.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines and company cleanliness protocols.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional cleaning experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Familiarity with a broad range of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Keen eye for detail and dedication to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong organizational capabilities coupled with effective communication skills.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of safe handling practices for cleaning chemicals and materials.
• Must own an iPhone for work-related communications.
• Adaptable to various cleaning environments and schedules.
• Physically fit with sufficient endurance to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
