Role Overview

This permanent position based in East Perth presents an opportunity to shape the organisational structure and future preparedness of LGIRS. The role centers on collaborating with management to ensure accurate role classification and strategic alignment of positions, thereby informing workforce decisions through solid advice supported by evidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to validate role classifications and align positions with strategic objectives.
  • Support workforce capability development, assist organisational change processes, and uphold compliance with public sector guidelines.
  • Contribute meaningfully to workforce planning, maintain governance standards, and foster a transparent and equitable role framework throughout the organisation.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity in job and position data.
  • Participate in reporting tasks and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of people and organisational outcomes.
