Claims & Returns Specialist (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Record, monitor, and manage all damage-related cases from start to finish.
• Track incoming return shipments and keep the return register up to date.
• Collect and review all necessary documents required for handling recovery claims.
• Prepare and process liability acknowledgements and related correspondence.
• Serve as the main contact for customers regarding recovery and returns handling.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial vocational training, for example in freight forwarding and logistics services or industrial clerical work.
• Several years of experience in claims handling or returns processing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of liability rules under ADSp and the German Commercial Code (HGB) is desirable.
• Confident use of standard office and data-processing tools, especially MS Office.
• A careful, dependable, and independent way of working.
