Key Responsibilities
- Managing insurance claims throughout the entire process from initial lodgement to final settlement.
- Providing empathetic and professional support to customers during their claims journey.
- Evaluating claims details and accurately interpreting policy coverage.
- Collaborating effectively with customers, brokers, repairers, builders, assessors, and other internal stakeholders.
- Overseeing a portfolio of claims while ensuring adherence to service and compliance standards.
- Coordinating repairs, investigations, and resolutions associated with claims.
- Delivering outstanding customer service by resolving complex claim matters.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing claims teams to enhance performance.
- Driving operational efficiency, quality outcomes, and superior customer experiences within claims functions.
