About the Role
Zurich North America is looking for confident, proactive, and customer-focused professionals to join its Claims Call Center team in early August 2026. This position is fully remote, including the training period, and the program includes six weeks of structured onboarding to help you get ready for the role.

What You’ll Do
- Receive and handle first notice of loss claims through Zurich’s phone-based and non-phone reporting channels, making sure each report is processed accurately and on time.
- Tackle more complex claims questions and issues, deciding when to escalate or involve others so customers and coworkers receive clear guidance and effective support.
- Work with internal teams and external clients to share information, verify details, and resolve questions or concerns efficiently.
- Share observations and suggestions with the team to help strengthen customer care quality.
- Work in line with Zurich’s risk and compliance procedures at all times.
Working Hours and Schedule
- The shift is 8 hours long and falls within the operating window of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time.
- This is a fully remote position, and remote work also applies during training.

Pay Details
The hourly pay range for this role is $17.79 to $21.64. The role is also eligible for a short-term incentive bonus of 5%.
Compensation is determined by role, location, skills, and experience, and may vary based on local requirements. Candidates whose salary expectations are above the listed range are still encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Experience with data entry.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of call center experience.
- Strong data entry ability and typing speed of 32 WPM or higher.
- Comfort using Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to move quickly and accurately between multiple screens and browsers.
- Good comprehension skills and a professional manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and solid problem-solving ability.
- Insurance knowledge is an advantage.
Work-From-Home Setup Requirements
- A dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions.
- A stable high-speed internet connection with at least 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.

Hiring is planned for early August 2026. Training lasts 6 weeks.
