About the Role

Join AIA Singapore in a pivotal role dedicated to supporting claims processes across assigned channels. As a Claims Analyst, you will play a crucial part in delivering reliable claims advisory and settlement services, aligning with AIA's mission to help a billion people live healthier, longer, and better lives by 2030.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and approve claim settlements within designated authority limits.
  • Respond promptly to all claims-related enquiries to ensure excellent service.
  • Collaborate with brokers, corporate clients, and One-Stop Service (OSS) teams on claims issues, queries, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to facilitate claims operations.
  • Conduct presentations for brokers and corporate clients detailing claims processes.
  • Maintain and track operational statistics for claims reporting purposes.
  • Handle escalated claims issues, exceptional cases, and appeals with professionalism.
  • Perform audits and reviews of claims as assigned to uphold process integrity.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the Team Lead and Head of Claims efficiently.
  • Manage escalations and requests from various internal teams, brokers, and clients.
  • Carry out claims data analysis to identify trends and gaps to support proactive claims management.
  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios for digital initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Support internal and external projects and enhancements related to claims management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree holder preferably in Business or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Employee Benefits Claims, Medical Claims, or Third-Party Administration management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen interest in digitalization and operational system efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, able to work independently with focused goal orientation.
  • Experience in data analysis considered a valuable asset.
