Claims Adviser

About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real difference for clients? Our Claims Adviser role, commencing in early August 2026, offers a fantastic opportunity to support clients through the insurance claims process. Based in Palmerston North, you will be responsible for lodging and managing a variety of claims, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues. This is a primarily phone-based position, requiring daily interaction with clients to ensure optimal outcomes.

Hours of Work

Working hours fall between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Staff will be assigned either an early shift or a 10:00 am to 6:30 pm shift. Flexibility and a commitment to working late shifts are essential. A rotating Saturday shift, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, is also a requirement.
