Civil Site Engineer

Role Overview

An established construction company is seeking a practical and detail-focused Civil Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day activity at active project sites. The role centers on keeping work on schedule, coordinating on-ground teams, and ensuring construction work meets plan and quality expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee routine operations at the construction site and keep work moving smoothly.
• Coordinate laborers and subcontracted teams so tasks are completed in an organized way.
• Check that execution follows approved drawings and project blueprints.
• Watch material consumption closely and reduce avoidable waste.
• Record daily site progress and maintain logs for ongoing work.
• Implement and monitor safety practices to maintain a secure work environment.
• Follow project schedules, identify delays, and escalate timeline concerns.
• Review workmanship and incoming materials to ensure quality standards are met.

What We’re Looking For

• A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
• At least 2 years of hands-on site experience in civil construction is required.
• Good working knowledge of construction techniques and field execution.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication abilities.

Compensation

Monthly pay is in the range of INR 20,000 to INR 30,000.
