Role and Responsibilities

• Possess Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.
• Have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in civil construction site work.
• Demonstrate proficient understanding of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing operations.
• Capable of interpreting civil, structural, and architectural blueprints accurately.
• Skilled in quantity estimation and conducting precise site measurements.
• Exhibit effective coordination and communication abilities.
• Able to independently supervise site processes and manage manpower efficiently.
• Possess fundamental knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and construction-related documentation.
• Maintain a strong commitment to quality standards, safety protocols, and timely project delivery.
