Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Site Engineer role based in Bangalore for a fresher. The position involves supporting construction work at site level, coordinating with project teams, and making sure the work follows approved plans and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Track construction progress and make sure the work aligns with the approved design and technical requirements.
• Prepare and carry out project activities as per sanctioned drawings and site plans.
• Handle routine site operations and keep day-to-day work organized.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to keep execution moving smoothly.
• Check workmanship quality, maintain safety standards, and support efficient site functioning.
• Help ensure project milestones and site tasks are completed on schedule.

Only candidates who are Civil Engineering students can apply.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of civil engineering concepts, design fundamentals, and engineering principles.
• Hands-on familiarity with site planning, execution, and site supervision.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication and a collaborative working style.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Compensation

The annual salary is between INR 2,08,000 and INR 2,35,000.
