Our 45-minute, coach-led group sessions combine smart technology with personalized coaching. While our digital system guides members through six strength stations and displays individualized training weights, our coaches focus on teaching proper technique, building confidence, and delivering an outstanding workout experience.

Role Overview

With five studios across Berlin and plans to grow further, we are seeking a City Manager (m/w/d) as the primary on-site contact person. You will ensure that our trainer team is motivated and customers receive the best possible experience. You will report directly to the headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure studio facilities remain in excellent condition through daily checks and ongoing monitoring.
• Coordinate repairs with external service providers and be present on-site as necessary.
• Oversee cleaning services to guarantee daily adherence to quality standards.
• Manage the full recruitment funnel for trainers, from initial application to trial sessions.
• Support the onboarding process for new trainers and maintain close contact during their first weeks.
• Build a strong trainer community through regular check-ins and organizing events.
• Handle daily scheduling and manage shift coverage for absences.
• Implement customer requests and marketing activities on-site.
• Serve as the local contact point whenever central customer support requires assistance.

Qualifications

• Several years of operational experience in sectors such as retail, fitness, or hospitality.
• Ability to lead independently and make decisions even in unclear situations.
• Organized and hands-on approach; willing to engage in minor repairs when needed.
• Strong communication skills to quickly build trust and unify a team.
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks and finding quick solutions under pressure.
• Native-level German proficiency (C2) and fluent English spoken and written (B2).
• Mobile and frequently active throughout the city.
