Main Duties

• Collaborate with Lead Teachers to support daily classroom routines and ensure smooth operation.
• Engage with families to foster strong partnerships and nurture each child’s development.
• Utilize digital tools to record and track children’s milestones and progress.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety policies and cleanliness standards within the classroom.

Required Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 19 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with children, particularly in child care, daycare, or preschool settings, is strongly preferred.
• Completion of early childhood coursework, CDA credential, or a related degree is desired.
• Ability to engage in physical activities such as standing for 6–8 hours, bending, kneeling, and lifting at least 30 pounds.
• Must always provide direct visual supervision of children.
