About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Transformation Officer to lead comprehensive process reforms within a well-established wealth management firm based in central London. This strategic leadership position demands a hands-on executive who will directly drive and execute transformational initiatives without initial dependency on a large team.

Key Responsibilities

At the group level, the Chief Transformation Officer will identify improvement opportunities spanning across Technology, Finance, Operations, Risk, and other vital functions. This role involves establishing a transformation office by collaborating closely with senior leaders from various business segments to ensure cohesive change management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant will have demonstrable experience in high-level transformation roles such as VP Transformation or Chief Transformation Officer within wealth management, banking, or asset management industries. Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes and leading significant organizational change is essential. The candidate must be proactive, independent, and capable of investigating and acting strategically without extensive guidance.

Additional Information

• Location: Central London, onsite five days a week with flexibility if needed.
• Compensation: Base salary between £180,000 and £225,000 plus bonus, targeting an overall compensation package of approximately £320,000 to £350,000.
