This is a senior executive position focused on driving and expanding the company’s AI, intelligence, and transformation agenda across its platform, products, and advisory offerings. The role sets the direction and operating model for how data, analytics, and AI are built into both client solutions and internal processes. It blends strategic leadership, product development, and enterprise transformation, with a direct impact on how intelligence is produced and delivered to global clients. You will collaborate with senior leaders to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights that influence client strategy and results. A major part of the role is creating scalable, commercially strong intelligence products and AI-enabled capabilities that sharpen market differentiation. The position is highly visible and demands both long-term strategic thinking and active execution in building modern, data-led, AI-powered organizations. Accountabilities

• Set the direction, strategy, and operating approach for the company’s AI, intelligence, product, and platform functions.
• Lead organization-wide AI transformation efforts that improve client delivery, operational performance, and the creation of new offerings.
• Develop, expand, and commercialize intelligence platforms, products, and methods that turn stakeholder and market data into practical insights.
• Integrate data-led intelligence capabilities into advisory services to strengthen decision-making and improve client outcomes.
• Assess new technologies, AI solutions, and data inputs to uncover innovation opportunities and sources of competitive advantage.
• Act as a senior, client-facing executive who advises business leaders and converts complex analytics into strategic guidance.
• Build the organization’s external profile through thought leadership, industry participation, and strategic partnerships.
• Guide cross-functional teams spanning product, data science, engineering, research, and analytics to deliver scalable intelligence solutions.
• Oversee transformation programs, including the rollout of AI-enabled tools and updated operating models.
• Work with senior leadership to ensure intelligence capabilities support long-term commercial and strategic growth goals.

Requirements

• Extensive senior leadership background in building and scaling diverse teams across product, data science, engineering, analytics, and research.
• Demonstrated ownership of profit and loss at scale, ideally at $50M or more, with a strong record of growing revenue and improving operating performance.
• Deep knowledge of AI transformation, analytics, and technology-led business model innovation.
• Proven success in converting data, intelligence, and emerging technologies into scalable commercial products or services.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs in AI, data, or digital innovation settings.
• Solid understanding of how AI and data-driven insights can be embedded within advisory, consulting, or professional services environments.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence CEOs and other senior stakeholders.
• Ability to read market shifts early and design future-focused technology and product strategies.
• Entrepreneurial leadership style with experience building high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Recognized visibility or thought leadership in AI, analytics, intelligence, or product innovation is strongly preferred.
